1. How do I book a ride with Levi Lane?

You can book a ride by scanning the QR code in my Uber vehicle or directly through my website. Simply choose the service that fits your needs, and I’ll take care of the rest!

2. What’s included in the hourly, half-day, and full-day services?

I can assist with errands, appointments, school pickups, and more. The ride is fully tailored to your needs!

3. Can I request Levi to drive my own car instead of the Tesla Model 3?

Yes! If you prefer the comfort and familiarity of your own vehicle, I can drive it for you, making the experience even more personalized.

4. Is there a limit to where you can drive me?

I primarily operate within the lower mainland area (from UBC - Abbotsford, West Van - Richmond), but if you need transportation outside of the city, we can discuss details and pricing to accommodate your request.

5. Do you offer rides on weekends?

Unfortunately not, I only work during the week. I will work holiday’s but for an extra fee.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

7. Can I hire you for an entire week?

Absolutely! I offer a weekly service (5 days) for $1,250, giving you a dedicated driver for your errands, appointments, and daily transportation needs.

8. Do you provide airport transportation?

Yes! I can take you to or pick you up from the airport. Just let me know your flight details in advance to ensure a smooth ride.

9. How do payments work?

Payments can be made via e-transfer, or cash upon booking. Weekly services require an upfront deposit ($500).

10. Do you offer corporate or business transportation?

Yes! If you need a personal driver for business meetings, events, or regular transportation, I can provide a service tailored to your needs.

11. What do you during my appointment / waiting for me?

It depends, if your appointment is not long, I may just relax in the car and wait for you. If it is going to be a longer appointment, I may take a break and come back when you’re ready.

12. Can I trust you driving my children to school? Will you be willing to provide a criminal record?

I have completed not only a standard criminal record check, but a vulnerable sector check. A vulnerable sector check is a type of background check that helps determine whether someone has a criminal record, especially for offences that involve vulnerable groups, such as children, seniors, or people with disabilities.
